Energy audit for a boiler house of the Nordic Sugar A/S

The specialists of LLC “ECOPOWER” have carried out an energy audit for a boiler house of the Nordic Sugar A/S sugar factory in the city of Nykøbing, Denmark.

The Nordic Sugar A/S boiler house has fuel oil-fired steam boilers. Two steam boilers B&W Stejlrørskedel st. No.6 and No.7 are used for superheated steam generation, while steam boilers Аlborg AR4-N st. No.4, Аlborg  АХ-2 st. No.5 and Danstoker st. No.11 are used for production needs.

In November 2018, LLC “ECOPOWER” conducted a condition survey of the steam boilers installed at the factory in order to determine the source of increased NOx emissions. Based on the survey results, a report was issued and submitted to the customer, specifying the problems identified and recommendations for their elimination.
